We started as a small family business in 2008 in San Francisco, CA supplying health conscious snacks to retail shops, corner grocers and small retail outlets. The company has grown since then and during those years, our co-founder’s health needed care. She discovered she was gluten and dairy intolerant. To combat this she turned to the natural way, researching substitution foods and products to educate both herself and also to find the best products in the market. By 2013, we decided to expand the business to Thailand with her childhood friends. Their goal was to bring these products to consumers in her home country due to the high demand for these hard to find organic and allergy-friendly foods.
Nurturfoods, was officially established in 2017, expanding from just Business-to-Consumer (B2C) to include Business-to-Business) (B2B). Our company is a women-owned global importer/exporter and wholesale distributor of natural, organic, and allergy-friendly products with offices in Thailand and North America. Our story began with the three of us, a group of childhood friends with a background in retailing, importing and distributing health-conscious products. We are passionate about having a healthy lifestyle and at the same time we struggle with various food allergies. The company’s main purpose is to serve Thai customers by supplying the best brand of natural, organic, and allergy-friendly foods and non-foods at an accessible price-point. Together as a team of female entrepreneurs, we hold a genuine passion to live up to our name, Nurturfoods.
